No matter who you are democrat, republican or in the middle, we all use 911 basically the same way. At some point as we age our senses may become less heightened, and the communication when calling 911 can become a bit harder and less clear. This is not aimed at certain groups, but nationwide. Regardless of race, gender, or ability, the problems remain the same in every city and state. With billions of dollars spent through many different outlets to update the 911 technology, there still is little change.
“United we stand, divided we fall.” The first time this phrase was used was by Founding Father John Dickinson in his pre-Revolutionary War song “The Liberty Song.” In the song Dickinson wrote: “Then join hand in hand, brave Americans all! By uniting we stand, by dividing we fall!”
United we stand, divided we fall; if someone with a disability, or someone who speaks a foreign language cannot use the 911 system the same way anyone else can, we are divided. We should have the right to share our situation a better way, a more united way, and that way is visually. Everyone should have the right to visually share with dispatch what we see or what’s happening as its happening.
Senators, mayors, governors and governmental representatives, YOU are the ones who can carry out this change. Justifeyed has touched so many states and visited many politicians or political figures, and while they all agree safety is important and we need to start moving in another direction, they fail to spend the money to make the change this creates moral implications for society, including government representatives not fulfilling their ethical obligations to the people. We AS these people should have the ability to use today’s technology for today’s situation.
Justifeyed obligated to push in the right direction for change. Please visit our GoFund me page to www.gofundme.com/justifeyed-com to learn how you can donate to bring about this change.
